Unpaid Cash Claim

I have a funeral policy with Thenjwayo Funeral Homes the company's owners name is Bongani Sikhosana and he is based at Mamelodi in Pretoria, I have lost my husband in April this year, I have filed in a cash claim and sent the required documents to them end of April and the are playing games with me they don't wanna pay me as I am a widow and they don't have any shame as the premiums are still being debited on my account I am very hurt in what they are doing and I urge people not to join this policy I cry day and night and whenever I am making phone calls they don't pick up I am very disappointed.
