Wrong product received - Online Order

Bought online. Easy order... 1x Blue Food Dispensing Bowl. Oder came, and they sent me a Pink Water Dispensing Bowl. So I emailed and I called multiple times... and no single employee can assist me with rectifying this issue.

First I was argued with that there is no difference between the food Dispensing bowl and the water Dispensing bowl... WHICH THERE IS. show a person how well they know their product. After winning this argument I was told I will get a call back to arrange for the driver to collect the item and drop off the right one... yeah right. I'm still waiting. And now no emails or calls are being answered.

I even tried swopping the item at my nearest Petzone store, which I couldn't... the last said that the online department is a completely different store.

I don't even want the right product anymore, just want my money back. Ridiculous!

Everyone thinks having an online store is easy... but apparently it is not. The easiest of order has proven to be too difficult. And customer service, even worse!
