Rather use another company

I placed an order with them on the 7th. When I hadn't heard from them I checked and my order had been cancelled. I queried it. They wanted a proof of payment. I couldn't provide it as the payment as done through their payment gateway. I did however send a screen shot of the bank debit. The manger said it would be investigated.

Its now the 27th, still no sign of the order which is still cancelled. I have emailed them 3 times and tried calling on 2 occasions to no avail.
