Never supporting neither of them

NOOOO SERVICE On the 5th of July I went to Petzone to buy dogfood, power went off and their machine it did not go through. I phoned and the money was reversed. On the 23rd of July at 4 in the morning I get an sms.....Capitec: Purchase Processed Late on 05-Jul, Next on they take the money from my account R 229.90. Thus many phone calls between the bank and Petzone. Petzone - the money not on their bank statement, Capitec it was paid to Petzones account in the mean time I am paying for something not received !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be closing my account as there is no service and for Petzone I will not buy from them either as someone took my money and no responsibility taken.
