Mercia at The Reef is the worst employee

Mercia working at the Petzone at The Reef has the worst manners I have ever seen. Today was the second time that I was victim to her horrible manners. She was leaning on the counter looking at papers, I approached her to ask a question and without even glancing my way just said "that counter". Unbelievably rude!! I would be ashamed to have her as one of my employees.
