Excellent Service from JACO and TEAM

I bought 40kg of dog food in March 2022 and as I was decanting the food into a plastic container I noticed that there were worms in the product. I phoned and asked for the manager and Jaco came on the line and said that he would speak to the suppliers of the dog food and get back to me at 13h00. He called me on time and advised me that the supplier would give me a full refund and that I could come in and take a replacement which I did. Every single staff member treated me with respect and I certainly will always buy my dog food from them. WELL DONE GUYS!!!
