Disgusted with teller service

Went to the store on the 17th August 2021. I stood at the counter with my mum waiting for the assistance of the lady behind the counter and she just ignored us for more than 15 mins. Eventually another lady walked in and she decided to assist that lady while we were still waiting for her. gladly the lady was kind enough and told her in Afrikaans that we were there before her. Like really could she not notice that we were standing there to pay for items...Not the kind of service I will be coming back to. Shireen the cashier needs to go get some customer service training she really doesn't belong in the frontline of the store. My first experience from the store will be my last....and I will be letting everyone know about my experience at your store.
