On the 21 November I bought 40 kg dog food at Petzone Port Elizabeth William Moffett Mall, month later I noticed my dog has running stomach and I didn't suspect is caused by dog food as the dog used eating the dog and thier are enjoying the dog food. Today I returned the food to the store because is rotten at the bottom of the bag and the manager refused to exchange my dog food needd. This is grossly unfair to the customer as I need to exchange the food with the new bag of the same food.
