No service. No feedback. No delivery of Goods. No refund

Ordered dog food on the website and paid immediately. The order never got delivered. I waited days and recieved no communication from them. Eventually I called them and they said they having a problem with their suppliers. I keep calling and smsing asking for updates and I get no reply. I am now almost R1000 out of pocket. Never deal with this crowd.
