Shocking Bad Customer Service

Shocking Poor Customer Service I purchased an aquarium pump from them 2 months ago which stopped working this morning 06 April 2022. I went with the item to the store. The sales person , Cindy , tested the item and found that it wasnt working. I asked for an exhange unit. She then called the owner Ms. Rosh who told her that the item cannot be returned. Cindy relayed the owners reply to me. I then mentioned to Cindy that I wanted the unit exchanged rightfully and not returned. The owner then told Cindy that she must give me the amount of R300 which is what I paid for the item and that she doesnt need people like me in her store. I felt this was very ********* on her part as she did not value me as a customer to her store and really insulted my integrity. I live in the area have been supporting her store for a long time. I dont think she should be in business if this is how she treats her customers
