Again, an excellent performance by Rose.
I took a severely neglected Chinchilla Persian cat for grooming. When I collected the cat, I was traumatized and cried. It was knotted to the skin.
Rose, a master at her craft, handled it magnificently.
Don pacified me, as I was so disturbed. A true gentleman. Thank you to both.
