Poor customer /pet care

Shocked and disgusted that Diep River Petworld put up their Royal Canin prices the day before it was meant to be increased . All suppliers clearly advised customers increases would happen on the 17th and this was adhered to in the 2 places I went to today. As they were sold out already of the one product I wanted I went to Pet World , newish in my area only to discover all shelf marked prices already increased and the excuse was it was bought at the new price. A poor answer? excuse to a publicized plan to increase only on the 17th
