Petworld: Excellent!

Although Petworld is super busy at the moment due to large amounts of orders at the moment, they picked up my phone call to assist me with my order. They were also very quick to give me a call back regarding some confusion and miscommunication, which was very impressive. Michelle (or Melissa; my apologies, I cannot remember the name now) was extremely helpful and patient. She went the extra mile to order my items from JHB when they were out of stock in CPT. Overall, considering the busyness due to Black Friday orders, I was very happy with the service! Cannot wait to receive my items to write another review!
