Pet HELL from pet world XXL N1 city

Awful experience on two separate occasions at this store in which the first being my elderly mother was made to carry 25kg of dog and cat food because she only had a card and not loose cash so she was unable to get a trolley. Other experience is with Aneke a manager that was highly condescending and runs a very disorganised team where the price tags of items that aren’t even correct.
