PATHETIC SERVICE AND *********** MANAGER

The MANAGER named TANYA does not belong to this store, very rude and ill mannered, very sarcastic and makes a joke out of your complaint she was of no assistance and kept going to the back of the store to hide when she was called out for assistance, screams at customers infront of other customers being around when i asked her for my refund or goods purchased she said she cant do anything about the current situation and i can sit there the whole day and wait but she has work to do i told her i will never buy again from this store she rep**** thats perfectly fine we do not need you to purchase from the store this type of individual does not belong at petworld !!! She will even scare the animals away with her nasty nature !!!!!! This store has been the worst I've ever been to in my entire existence. A lady by the name of KELLY incharge of online buying and deliveries does not know her job definitely does not know her company policy she gave me false information and made me drive all the way to the store to pick up my delivery and she says she never told me my delivery will be ready at 10am i should come in thr next day very rude and ill mannered makes up stories that you never even mentioned Senior managers and owners of petworld if you guys dont change staff or sort this issue out not only me but other customers will also seek elsewhere to purchase because of the rude and *********** staff especially if your manager at the store is so nasty and rude the staff will lead by example.
