Great service and resolution despite OOS issue

I recently made a purchase on petworld via their online store and received great service. Even though 2 of the items I purchased were out of stock, I was helped by someone from the team who was able to replace the specific items with alternatives ( which ended up even being worth a bit more than the items that were out of stock - note I did not have to pay the difference).

I was called directly to be notified on the items that were unavailable and was assisted very quickly.

I ordered my items on Sunday and received it on Wednesday morning.

Besides the out of stock issue, I had no issue with my Petworld online experience and would definitely support them again.
