Excellent service and painless processes
I normally buy pet food at bricks and mortars shops, but as my car was in for repairs, I decided to order online, and found Petworld. I ordered the food, which came with a handsome introductory discount for new customers, but idiotically did not apply the discount. I contacted Petworld and they sorted out the discount issue in under an hour, with the refund being app**** to my account within 48 hours. They also sent me my tracking number, and I was somewhat surprised to see that the stock was being delivered from Capetown (I live in Joburg). I was even more surprised when the food arrived this morning (1 March, ordered 3:30 pm on 27th). Both the delivery and refund processes were so good, I could not have designed them better myself (one of my day jobs). Wishing Petworld every success in the future. A very satisfied customer.
