Bad grooming experience

Took my dog to Petworld XXL Fourways to get groomed.

The groomers were friendly and I appreciated how they treated my her....but my poor dog looks terrible. She was cut unevenly and there are uneven patches of hair all over her face. I asked for her not to be trimmed too short and got a dog back which was completely shaved ... not a good look for a border collie.

Not coming back ever.
