Amazing Communication and Delivery.
We initially came across Petworld , on social media.They are an online pet supply store . What drew us to them was that they have amazing competitions, regular sales. and events and are huge on community work donating to pet shelters and pets in need. We were one 12 winners in a competition they had held. The level of communication we received from a wonderful lady Vannessa from Customer Services was beyond incredible. Not only was the communication about the product but she took time in just an email to get to know my Pets name and make him part of the process. He was after all the "customer" . In our initial encounter we received delivery of ourprize from their Cape Town branch to us in Durban. We received updates from the time the parcel was picked up from them, to delivery to us within 4 days, weekend included which was beyond great. (The bag of food arrived securely boxed ) The "customer" , My pet Princey enjoyed the unboxing. Our second encounter and delivery from Petworld came from their Roodepoort branch and here to we received delivery within 2 days to Durban, which was simply amazing. Again, secure packaging and my boy enjoyed the unboxing his food. They stock premium quality food. Communication was excellent and I love how my pet was involved in every communication and as a pet parent that is so heartwarming. He is after all the main customer. Thank you Vannessa and the Petworld team for making our experience with you so amazing, it truly felt as if we had met you in person and as if we were shopping in-store.
