A happy customer to a happy online shopper

I've always shopped for my pets food and goodies at the Princess Crossing store and loved their assistance and knowledge, always the friendliest service!, so it was my first time I had a look at the Petworld website and wow what a variety at my fingertips, I had a query about a product I had seen online, called the branch and spoke to the online lady who assisted me with advice and another lady from online called to inform me that they even arranged for stock of it in the colour I had wanted. They really went above and beyond! Thanks ladies for all your help, I'm off to process my order!
