03 Apr 2024, 14:52Dear Jan,
Thank you for sharing your concerns with us on Hellopeter. We truly understand the inconvenience and frustration of anticipating the arrival of your pet food within the promised 3-working-day window, only to encounter a delay.
Regarding your order placed after 4pm on the 26th of March, here’s a breakdown of the timeline: the order was processed on the next business day, the 27th, and picked up by our courier on the 28th. However, the delivery schedule was impacted by the public holiday on the 29th, followed by the weekend, and yet another public holiday on the 1st of April. The parcel was ultimately delivered at lunchtime on the second. I think the date of the fourth was given incorrectly and I apologise for this miscommunication. It's important to note that couriers do not operate on public holidays and weekends, which extended the delivery time in this case.
We regret that this series of holidays and a weekend, has obscured the delivery timeframe and, unfortunately, delayed your pets’ access to their food, compelling you to make an interim purchase. We sincerely apologize for this situation and any inconvenience it may have caused you.
To ensure clarity and support during the ordering and delivery process, we encourage you to get in touch with us at ***. We're here to assist with any queries or concerns you might have, aiming to make your experience as seamless as possible.
We value your feedback as it helps us improve our services. Thank you for your understanding, and please accept our apologies for the oversight in communicating the impact of the holiday season and weekends on delivery times.
Warm regards,
Vannessa
