No customer service, no stock, consider closing the shop

Wasting my time since they had no stock and did not know what to do when I returned dog food invaded by ants. The store manager had no clue how to handle the situation and had a poor attitude just because the customer was not happy and the customer had the right to be unhappy because the dog food which cost nearly R1000/bag had ants in it.
