Pettag4life.co.za ****??

I ordered 3 personalised pet name tags from this company online on the 25th of March 2019 and paid them R315, they seemed to respond to let me know my order was successful and even sent me an email saying 'Order Shipped' on the 27th of March with no tracking number or anything. After 3 follow-ups and 2 weeks later I receive an email on the 10th of April saying if the order has not arrived by the 28th, I should let them know and they will resend it to me. Nothing was received and another follow up sent. No phone number to call. This is terrible customer service as a customer should be able to follow up on their order and not wait 2 weeks for a response.
