Pettag 4 life - TERRIBLE

I ordered from https://www.pettag4life.co.za/ and paid over R600 for my order. After 5 business days it wasn't received and I requested a tracking number - which wasn't available. No assistance from Pettag 4 life. Perhaps this is a **** - with numerous bad reviews online I should have done my homework before buying from them.
