So grateful for this policy

My two Italian Greyhounds have been insured by a Petsure policy for about three years now, but fortunately they have never really had any health issues and therefore no need for me to claim, until now. One of my beloved dogs suddenly developed difficulty walking and weakness in the lower back and hind legs. A spinal cord injury is suspected, but so far a concrete diagnosis has not been made. Just trying to establish a diagnosis (x-rays, MRI scan, blood tests and numerous consultations with veterinary specialists) has run into the R10,000's. Every claim I've made throughout the last few months no matter how small or large has been paid into my bank account with minimal effort on my part, and no hesitation on the part of Petsure. Thank you Petsure for great service in a time of great stress for my dog and myself.
