PETSURE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
I can honestly say that in my life I have never been treated more like a **** than how I was treated by your claim consultants!! I sent in my first claim for my dog on the 9th of February 2018. On the 8th of March I have not yet received any feedback regarding this so I phoned the claims department. The lady only said that I was not going to get paid because this is a pre existing condition. I asked her where did she get that history from cause the history from my vet shows specifically that this was definitely NOT a pre existing condition. So she said she will phone me back. Nothing!! Today I phone again speaking to a even more rude lady who keeps on interrupting me while I am explaining to her that I did send in all the forms required on the day I sent in the claim, I asked her very nicely to please let me speak because she is very rude so she starts being sarcastic. She also said that she will phone me back. I work in the medical field and also have to work with a lot of medical aids but this today was the utmost unprofessionalism I have ever experienced. I will definitely tell my vet that she should not recommend Petsure to anyone.

There was a delay in processing the claim as Regal Pet Insurance requested on numerous occasions additional information from the vet in order to finalise the claim. Unfortunately the member was not kept informed during this period in which we were waiting for information and which we subsequently apologised for.
The vet confirmed in writing that the condition was pre-existing, although it is likely that the owners were unaware of the condition.
Based on the information received the condition was listed as pre-existing, however Regal Pet Insurance agreed to pay for the initial work up.
