OUTSURANCE PETSURE staff member Sibongile Molefe is a star. I have a PETSURE policy and I had my first claim for my pet. Sibongile was friendly, understanding and very helpful throughout the whole process. The process to get all the information needed from the vets and claim process was administered by her in a professional manner. Being updated at all times, even on a public holiday was just amazing.
