Pet claim sorted within promised delivery time

Just a thanks to Fedhealth/Sanlam Reality/Hollard/Petsure (they all seem to be in a JointVenture) Submitted my claim last week Tuesday. They responded and paid the claim yesterday, no mess no fuss. This is how insurance and claim should be. Under promise and over deliver.
