NO FEEDBACK AFTER 3RD REQUEST
I have taken out an insurance for my dog (NOT YET PAID ANYTHING) HOWEVER noticed that we must insert a microchip in her otherwise they will not pay out any claims submitted. I therefore sent them an email to please cancel the policy with immediate effect as I do not have the funds to do so now and they must please advise that this has been done AND NOT TO TAKE ANY PAYMENTS OFF MY ACCOUNT!!! They just don't reply - only an automated email is sent to say they have received the mail.<br> <br> I want them to let me know that they have cancelled it and that no payments will be debited!!!! Not too much to ask.....

17 Sept - email cancellation request received from you;
17 Sept - PetSure sent an acknowledgement of receipt;
17 Sept - PetSure emailed Cancellation letter to email address as supp**** by you on sign-up, this letter states that no premium will be deducted;
21 Sept - email received from you asking for confirmation;
21 Sept - PetSure rep****, the email included an attached copy of cancellation that was emailed to you (17 Sept) including the cancellation letter;
22 Sept - email received from you (3rd request)
23 Sept - PetSure once again rep**** and included a copy of the original email sent to you on 17 Sept.
Please note that you are using multiple email addresses, if you are still unable to trace the confirmation, kindly provide us with a fax number.
