Misleadingly low "per claim limit" makes insurance pointless in actual emergencies

On their policies, they have these big covers for emergencies, but they have a very misleading "per claim limit" that makes it practically pointless. I had my can break his hip and the emergency was R30 000. They only paid R8 000 because of this claim limit.
