Lies and **********

I think the level of professionalism is quite disappointing and lies is to much with you guys. I did a claim it was rejected.so I called a consultant asking him to explain me about the policy and telling him that I don't have a policies with you guys and he explained it to me and I also asked him if it covers pothole damages and he did state yes.so I am not sure when you don't have a policy its yes and when you do have a policy it's no. You guys need to stop lying to people if that was the case I would have been paying toward better policy's not this **** which is utter lies.very fast you guys send me a cancelation letter
