Bernadine Bence is a lady who has the magic touch to ensure your cotton tail hops along your side for a long time to come. So, my best friend has two big ears, hops for a living and has the cutest tail on the planet. The thing though is, he may be health as a "horse" right now, but in future he might get sick. Vet bills are like all Doctor bills, necessary, unexpected at times and generally not easy on the bank account. Bernadine makes it easy though, not only did she have patience with me rescheduling calls and having technical problems with a phone, but she was also there for both me and Hash Potato all the way.
