Bad claims process

Absolutely disappointed with claims process...dont want to accept a hand written invoice from the vet with his signature on it. He wrote pd with the date and has been stamped! Refusing to accept for claim R1315, paying R400 a month for this stupid thing, almost R2000 spent on premiums
