Unsealed dog food bags from petshop science

Ordered two 14kg bags of Hills Dog food for R2400 on a 35% off special on the 23rd of November. They were delivered 30th November - both bags were unsealed, an attempt had been made to reseal one of the bags with cling wrap. Very unhappy as I am worried the food has been tampered with and may be unsafe for my dog to eat. This is the first time I’ve ordered online from Pershop science and am extremely disappointed with this unprofessional service
