Promised stock not available

On the 20th December I ordered two K9 dogbeds from Petshop Science online shop. The reason for ordering from them was the items were in stock and they could promise delivery on the 22nd. On the 21st I received a call that only two colors were in stock. I confirmed that I still wanted to go ahead and delivery for the 22nd was confirmed. Today, the 22nd I received a call that only one item is in stock. I had to cancel the order and try to source the items somewhere else.
