Food Poisoning

I am disgusted!!!!

I bought food from the Pavillion branch on the 24th of February 2024.

Brand is Olympic professional.

I have a 5 month old puppy which I have been feeding her this food from 3 months old. I opened the package today and found the dog food full of spider webs, worms and maggots in it. I have proof on this and I will be sharing this with the department of health and social media.

THIS IS A SERIOUS HEALTH HAZARD!!! MY DOG COULD HAVE BEEN POISIONED!!!!

I can not believe that this is being sold in the shop, and yes I know that the shop doesn't look inside the package but this can either be old stock or poor QA from the supplier.

I don't want a refund, I want this matter to be taken seriously.

To all other customers, please check before buying food from this branch!!!
