Exceptional Service from Bridget at Petshop Science Cradlestone

I recently visited Petshop Science at Cradlestone looking for a specific product, unfortunately it was out of stock. Bridget went above and beyond to help me. She even took the time to phone the other Pet store in the mall to see if they had stock available.

What really impressed me was that Bridget didn’t just leave it there. She made the effort to phone me the following day to let me know that they still hadn’t received stock. Then, when the product finally arrived, she personally phoned me again to let me know that they had received stock.

This is what I call exceptional customer service! Bridget showed genuine care, initiative and dedication to helping me, and she kept me updated every step of the way.

Thank you so much, Bridget, for going the extra mile. Your service was truly appreciated and is a wonderful example of what excellent customer service should be. Petshop Science is very lucky to have someone like you on their team!
