EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Thursday, the day before Black Friday, I logged onto the Petshop Science web site to order a large bag of dog food. Due to the extra busy traffic online for their “specials”, there was a slight glitch which prevented my payment from going through. I saw there was a customer service call number, so I called with very little hope of assistance, due to past experiences. However, a customer service agent named Giovanni helped me through every step of the web site form, and he located the problem. Within ten minutes my payment was accepted. Not only did he assist me, but called me back shortly afterwards to ensure my order had been confirmed. My order arrived by courier the following day. Excellent service. I’ll definitely shop there in the future.
