Delayed delivery

Ordered on the 25 of Nov dog food and the promised delivery was supposed to happen in 3-5 days. Obviously it didnt - arrived on the 6th of December after emails and phone calls. Callcenter agent was apologetic, but that didn’t feed my dog as I ran out. First time and last time customer…
