Bad service and very unprofessional

I went to to Petshop Science in Westgate Mall, Mitchell's Plain. I asked for ringworm meds for my kitten. Neither of two people in the shop knew what I was talking about. The one person smirked at me as if I'm a lunatic. He asked the other guy who fave ma tablet and said I can use that. Before leaving the mall I called vet who told me it's the wrong meds. They gave me deworming meds and not meds to treat ringworms. I went back and they told me they don't take returns. They said they needed to call their manager. After a bit of wait they decided to change it. I told them they should have people who is a bit more educated on the things they sell. The guy behind the counter told me I should've called my vet before coming to them. Of course a needles exchange of words took place... Nothing wild, just really needless... On the whole, it was so unprofessional.
