Appalling treatment of a very frightened dog

The way they treat your pets is appalling. My poor little poodle was terrified of them and instead of trying to be gentle and calm her down, they treated her very roughly and were totally unsympathetic to her fears and just shoved her around like a piece of meat instead of a poor little terrified dog. Disgusting.
