COMPLAINT

I want to complain. About 6 weeks ago i bought a product from the Pets Shop in Primrose i.e. Valentin Health Hot Spot Spray For Dogs batch number B/N:H 14. The nozzle mulfunctioned the first time I used it. The bottle is almost full. I called the company to complaint. They told me to go back to the store and it I dont have the till slip it will be a problem. I dont want a refund i just the product to work. They were cold and unwilling. I spoke to Lisa who spoke to her manager Sharon Styles. I will never buy their product again and I will spread the news.
