Pets Taxi - Thinus du Plessis

I contacted Thinus to transport poultry from Kimberly to Nottingham Road. He said it wouldn't be a problem as he was in Kimberly every Tuesday between 12h00 and 14h00. My seller was prepared to meet Thinus in Kimberly (as he lives in Barkly West). Thinus said he'd phone my Seller 1 hour before he arrived. This never happened. Needless to say the birds were not collected. My Seller and I tried calling Thinus throughout the day to find out what was happening. Later in the evening I received WhatsApp messages from Thinus, saying that he was fully booked and I must find someone else to collect my poultry and that he would pay me my money back. The next morning I sent him my banking details. He has been avoiding my calls and messages since. He has been extremely rude and unprofessional from day one.
