Terrible service; stay away…

It’s been over a week and a trivial transaction that should have taken a couple of days maximum is still not concluded. Whoever reads this; be very cautious when dealing with Pets Planet; promises made are not kept, communication is non existent. Service delivery does not even deserve one star. There are much better options out there. I cancelled today and will probably wait another decade for a refund. Unacceptable…
