TERRIBLE SERVICE

WORST customer service I have ever received! I placed an order on 25 February 2025 and to this day (3 weeks later) I have still not received my purchased items, although they claim to have express 1 - 4 days delivery.

Whenever I enquire about my delivery they claim that the items are out of stock and offer to process a refund, however, when you visit the online store you can still purchase the items? After numerous times of stating that I do not want a refund they still fail to deliver my products!

100% do not recommend! Do not waste your time and order from a different online store.
