TERRIBLE AFTER SALES COMMUNICATION, NO ONE RESPONDS TO ANY FORM OF COMMUNICATION TRYING TO RESOLVE AN INCORRECT DELIVERY

I have been trying to contact this business since last week as they only delivered two of my three dog beds with zero communication. Not to mention that the beds were erroneously delivered to George, 400kms away from where I live in Cape Town! I understand that's most likely RAM Couriers fault but I ordered and paid from Pets Planet SA and they don't seem to care at all that my order hasn't reached me and that it is incomplete. I will never support this business again and neither will the woman who received my order with hers as we have both been trying to contact them with no response to calls, whats apps or emails. Very FRUSTRATING AND disappointing.
