Pets Planet_ DO NOT SUPPORT

I have received absolutely no response from them on either of the following commination systems: Whatsapp, email and facebook messenger. They do not have a head office landline, they can delete comments from their facebook page but they cannot get back to you. I have pay for a pet bed and it was supposed to be shipped and arrive within 1-3 working days. This was a week ago. Since then no response on when it will be shipped.

They are affiliated with mobicred, payfast and other credit institutions, which you might think makes the site secure and that these facilities do some sort of vetting of their merchants before partnering with them... I will write a separate review on my experience of both payfast and mobicred.
