Pets Planer fluffy dog beds not such a fluffy service experience

Do not buy from this company PP are all over FB promoting their adorable fluffy pet beds. Order placed on 20th November . Nothing received - either the product or communication on expected delivery date followed up on December 1st by e mail then by what’s app. E mail response received on Dec 6th saying they had received stock and my order will be with me w/c 9th . Still not received or any comms that from them re status . Order ref PP12135
