Pet Planet - not to be trusted

Pet Planet is a **** be very careful - I placed an order with Pet Planet , and was advised that the product would be delivered , on the day of delivery i received a what's app advising that they have no stock and they would refund me , i followed up on the refund for several weeks and never received any refund , all i got was excuses on why they had not done it , waiting for authorization etc. etc. , 2 months latter and i believe they had no intention on delivering the product or providing a refund. Be very careful when placing orders with this company.
