Broken Promises and empty updates: a tale of customer dissatisfaction

Very disappointed. I ordered on the 27th April, for a pre-order due end May. It's July in two days' time and I'm still waiting. I've had to continually follow up to get updates as none were provided. Heading into month three, and still no date has been given for delivery of my order. I've explored their social media and discovered more comments from other disappointed and frustrated customers in a similar situation.
